Bona are proud to launch the new OptiSpread UX, providing automated adhesive application with a new powerful 18.8V drive and updated design

The new Bona Optispread UX features a user focussed design to help ease the chore of adhesive application. It provides an innovative solution to applying flooring adhesive that allows you to remain upright whilst applying the adhesive providing smoother, faster and better results. The redesigned Bona OptiSpread UX delivers superior usability with a lighter overall weight and improved componentry. The Optispread UX is powered by a cordless rechargeable battery pack that allows adhesive application to be completed up to 5 times quicker than traditional application, without any of the strain on your knees or back, making the laying of a floor a more enjoyable, faster and cleaner process. The OptiSpread UX is for use with the 9kg sausage of Bona R848T silane based adhesive.

Key Features:
• New filling tube made of hard-coated anodised aluminium
  Hard-coated anodisation provides a smoother surface which means easy loading of the tubular adhesive sausages with no jamming. In addition hard-coating makes the OptiSpread easier to clean and maintain, with tougher wear resistance.
  
• No more lateral guide rods
  The new, more powerful BOSCH 18.8V drive has no problem thoroughly expelling the thicker R848T adhesive; without the need to use guide rods.
• Top and Bottom cap nut are made of POM (Polyoxymethylene)
  Gives greater stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. And now, easier to change and replace with a fast thread lock.
• Lower weight
  Lighter machine weight; Easier to handle with less fatigue.
• Unique designed spreader head and nozzle
  Triangle-shaped openings to provide optimal adhesive ridge shape. Various head widths available including 250mm and 500mm.
