As of 25th March 2020, the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve.

EFP's office and warehouse remains open with business operating as normal for the time being. We have taken measures to minimise the risk of exposure to our staff and clients, and as the unfolding situation further develops we will continue to adapt to it.

Our greatest priority is the health and safety of our team members and our customers, so we are ensuring social distancing is maintained in our office and warehouse, and cleaning frequency has been increased to ensure sanitisation.

Warehouse operations continue for now, please contact us via email or phone and we’ll aim to minimise any disruption. EFP continues to monitor day to day operations closely based on Australian Health department advice and will provide further updates as they become available.

Stock Availability We are still receiving containers from overseas, allbeit with increased rigorous Australian Customs Quarantine requirements. Once passed through quarantine we are despatching stock for shipment Australia wide, so please contact us to confirm your order details. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and shipping agents and will advise if future disruptions arise. Deliveries Our Australia wide freight and logistics partners are all operating as normal and we are experiencing no delays with local or interstate deliveries. Please speak with us to arrange drop offs with minimal contact. Open We are currently still open and available during our normal business hours. Please use the normal numbers and email addresses. Our Health Team members experiencing any flu like symptoms or having had contact with persons arriving back from overseas will be directed to take leave in accordance with health directives. Everyones health and safety is our priority.
